Embedded within the KnowledgeLake platform user interface is a wealth of self-service information, including an extensive knowledge base of articles and step-by-step training videos, accompanied by detailed technical documentation. Accessible 24/7 and included with any subscription, our customers have how-to content access at the click of a button.

Additionally, we encourage our customers to interact with KnowledgLake’s community-based support tool. You can use it to connect to—and ask questions of—other KnowledgeLake users, or get one-on-one help from our St. Louis-based support team.

Web-based training

IT administrators who want a deeper dive into specific platform services and capabilities—or end users who need to understand the day-to-day use cases—have the option to leverage either computer-based or individual training via web conferencing. This allows trainees to complete interactive courses at their own pace. Custom user guides and step-by-step reference materials—specific to an organization’s information structure and content—are optional leave-behinds.
