    You are critical to our success and will be in one of the most important roles in our sales organization. They say that the hardest part of closing any deal is finding it and this is what we need you to do as your #1 objective… generate new business opportunities.

    You will be a relentless hunter prospecting into your respective territory, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for our team of Account Executives. You will learn and be able to articulate who we are, the value we deliver to our customers, and you will constantly evolve your message to gain their attention, get their time, and schedule meetings.

    This position is focused on a high volume of focused cold calling. You will be a critical partner to our sales team members, and you must quickly gain the interest of your prospects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Contact potential clients through cold calls, email, and social media messaging
    • Generate new leads through strategic prospecting and a high volume of outbound calls
    • Qualify incoming phone/web leads and marketing campaigns
    • Identify customer needs and pain points through our consultative sales process
    • Effectively position KnowledgeLake’s solutions to address prospects’ requirements
    • Work alongside account executive to find new business opportunities
    • Actively manage and develop lead pipeline
    • Meet or exceed monthly goals for scheduled meetings, conversions, and pipeline creation
    • Enrich and profile our databases (HubSpot) to identify new interest

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of inside sales, lead gen, and/or BD experience in a consultative, B2B environment
    • Fearless and persistent in cold calling
    • Self-motivated, self-starter that’s able to multi-task and sustain focus
    • Quick learner and tech-savvy
    • Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM
    • Proven ability to open doors, and build relationships at all levels in an organization
    • Able to think creatively and apply new ideas to overcome objections and barriers
    • Works well on a team and has strong communication skills
    • Highly organized and can manage a large volume of leads
    • Ability to research and quickly simulate information into action
    • Experience selling or managing accounts for SaaS solution, IDP, RPA, ECM, and/or BI solutions a plus
    • Track record of quota attainment/over performance
    • Skill in navigating organizations to find and engage the right contact
    • Proven experience documenting and tracking sales activity and pipeline
    • Strong research skills with ability to learn about assigned market
    • Familiarity with modern sales tools, including ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills

    Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree (4-year degree), preference of Business or related study, or equivalent work experience
