WHO WE ARE

The team behind
the work.

KnowledgeLake is built by operators, engineers, and go-to-market leaders who have spent careers in document-driven industries. We built the platform we wished existed.

THE BACKSTORY

Letting the work flow
from day one.

Back in the late '90s, content management for large, document-driven enterprises wasn't easy. The solutions available weren't designed for high-volume document work — they took countless hours and major modifications to get up and running. Many organizations simply lacked the resources and expertise to manage it on their own.

That's when two software practitioners stepped in and started helping companies implement ECM software. They partnered with Microsoft and developed tools that helped organizations supercharge their on-prem SharePoint workflows. KnowledgeLake eventually set its sights on the cloud — building a platform to manage everything from intelligent document capture and processing to workflows to content management, all in one place.

Today, KnowledgeLake is how organizations finally automate complex document work at scale. Our AI-powered platform unifies fragmented workflows, enables full SLA visibility, and eliminates multi-vendor complexity. 220+ customers. 2M+ users. And we're just getting started.
