Vantage Bank Texas.
Vantage Bank Texas, a family-owned community bank founded in 1923 and operating across seven Texas markets, came to KnowledgeLake with a challenge familiar to every community bank: paper-based document processes that couldn't keep pace with their lending and treasury management operations. Documents were scattered across physical and digital silos, retrieval took minutes or hours, and their hybrid on-premises environment was creating ongoing overhead for the IT team. After moving to the KnowledgeLake platform — integrated directly with M365 and SharePoint Online — document storage, indexing, and retrieval shifted to the cloud. LOB system connections automate indexing at the point of capture, and every document flows through a workflow to ensure accuracy before it reaches the approval queue. Today, Lending, Treasury Management, and multiple back-office departments run on one platform. Any document can be retrieved in seconds from within any business application, and the team has offloaded all infrastructure overhead to the cloud.
