from day one.

Back in the late '90s, content management for large, document-driven enterprises wasn't easy. The solutions available weren't designed for high-volume document work — they took countless hours and major modifications to get up and running. Many organizations simply lacked the resources and expertise to manage it on their own.

That's when two software practitioners stepped in and started helping companies implement ECM software. They partnered with Microsoft and developed tools that helped organizations supercharge their on-prem SharePoint workflows. KnowledgeLake eventually set its sights on the cloud — building a platform to manage everything from intelligent document capture and processing to workflows to content management, all in one place.

Brad is responsible for identifying disruptive technology that can be used to deliver innovative software that clients and partners love. He is an industry veteran in designing and building enterprise content management software. He has a passion for engineering execution, including continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). He translates complex technical constructs into enterprise-wide knowledge and understanding and facilitates activities that build an organizational culture of learning and innovation.

With a history of delivering impressive sales outcomes within the AI and Intelligent Automation sector, Malz joins KnowledgeLake to spearhead the company's sales strategy. In his new role, he will oversee and guide the newly assembled sales team to expand the company's B2B presence, foster fresh collaborations, and enhance revenue. He previously worked as the Head of Customer Success & Growth at PeopleReign, the VP of Worldwide Sales at Hyperscience, and the SVP of Americas Sales at Blue Prism.

She has a passion for go-to-market execution, working in close partnership with Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations to drive demand generation, product marketing, brand, digital, and content. She translates market opportunities into scalable strategies that reach new audiences and build high-performing teams.

Kris is responsible for leading Financial Planning & Analysis at KnowledgeLake, overseeing financial forecasting, operational reporting, strategic modeling, and performance analytics across the organization. He is a seasoned finance and operations leader with more than 20 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, SaaS metrics, and process improvement. He has a passion for translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that support both day-to-day decisions and long-term strategy. He builds the financial and operational infrastructure — from forecasting models and KPI dashboards to pipeline analytics — that keeps executive leadership and the board informed and aligned. Kris holds a CPA and MBA and is a graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville.
