Mission Linen Supply Renews Focus on Customer Service with Upgrade to the KnowledgeLake Cloud

ST. LOUIS, Mo., — August 26, 2020 — Mission Linen Supply, a leading linen rental and uniform company, has moved to the KnowledgeLake Cloud – the only end-to-end, fully cloud-native solution that enables organizations to capture, process and manage their documents in a single platform. Transitioning to the KnowledgeLake Cloud has allowed Mission Linen Supply to replace their legacy infrastructure, which was expensive and time-consuming to maintain.

The KnowledgeLake Cloud will also enable Mission Linen to spend more time on customer-centric activities by automating back-office work within their Accounts Payable and Human Resources departments. “We are experts in providing laundry services, not intelligent content automation. We wanted to focus more on customer-centric activities and the KnowledgeLake Cloud lets us do this,” says Tony Mancuso, Chief Financial Officer of Mission Linen. Mancuso also shared that they will be utilizing KnowledgeLake’s Intelligent Capture and Robotic Process Automation platform to automate invoice processing and HR On-boarding.
