Marketing Operations and Creative Specialist / Manager

Job Description

  • Strategize, build and implement emails, workflows, campaigns in HubSpot to bridge the gap between sales and marketing teams
  • Create detailed reports for business leadership that identify and track marketing campaigns, demand generation efforts, and sales trends
  • Liaise with sales teams to understand lead stages, prospect tracking, and rates of conversion
  • Help produce live stream/broadcast content for KLTV
  • Creation of video content for online - editing, graphics, sound, outputting to a variety of formats for social and web
  • Create compelling graphic design work that identifies a product or conveys a message
  • Think creatively to develop concepts, graphics and visual images to communicate a stimulating story in an efficient and effective manner
  • Demonstrate disciplined execution of brand standards in all project work ensuring brand continuity from project to project
  • Create and update custom WordPress themes using page building tools like Beaver Builder, etc.
  • Maintain and enhance the user experience of client websites, and applications
  • Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
  • Troubleshoot bugs and problems with existing website and new projects
  • Support the company and marketing department with other related tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Marketing experience in B2B space
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, WordPress and Graphic Design
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro is required.
  • Experience with multi-media design execution is a plus.
  • Understanding of composition, lighting, and sound in a production environment
  • Understanding of digital marketing campaign management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products to effectively create a dynamic presentation
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Understand the basic elements of storytelling
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines
  • Self-motivated team player with a positive outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills
