KL: What are some of the work projects you tackle?
I provide technical support to customers and partners. I am also a part of a team that provides Proactive Care support to customers. This is a form of managed care that helps with any KnowledgeLake technical issues. We monitor servers and databases to try and resolve any small issues before they become large issues.
KL: What’s your background? How did you get to KL?
I was an Accounting Clerk for a newspaper for about 12 years before joining KnowledgeLake. In 2009, after many years of watching the print business decline, I realized I wanted more. That “more” wasn’t just to change business sectors, it was to start a completely new adventure. I enrolled at Saint Louis University as a Computer Science major. I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science in 2013. I applied a few places just to get my feet wet. KnowledgeLake called me in for an interview. I fell in love with the company in the first hour I was here. I left hoping I’d get a call back! I’ve been here four years as of last week.
KL: What made you want to work at KnowledgeLake?
People looked like they were having fun. Everyone was very friendly. I saw people zipping around, looking very important, with sodas and I thought, “Oh my, I bet they have free soda!”
KL: What keeps you motivated and inspired to do your best at KL?
Every day you have the opportunity to learn something new; there is no boring day at KnowledgeLake. I have great leaders. They are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump in. I appreciate that management style.
KL: You’re part of the #KLCares crew. What inspired you to join?
Helping around our community is very rewarding. It might sound like we are giving back, but I think I am the one benefiting the most. Being part of #KLCares gives me the opportunity to meet new people, build relationships with the people I work with and leaves everyone feeling good at the end of the day.
KL: What is your personal philosophy?
Wheresoever you go, go with all your heart – Confucius
KL: If you could wake up with a super power, what would it be? Why?
Flying for sure! Traffic is the worst part of my day.
KL: What excites you most about KnowledgeLake or our industry?
I love delighting customers by working together to address any issues that may come up through the use or implementation of our products. During this process I get to be a part of something bigger, which is solving business problems.

That’s because CSPro has the ability to ingest taxonomy from any number of sources, as well as release documents to any repository. It also gives users the ability to administrate, index and scan through the web. It is fun to be able to work with customers from all industries to provide answers to their toughest document management solutions.
