Introduction

This instructor-led, 4-day course focuses on the required
skills to install, administer and maintain a KnowledgeLake 2007
document imaging solution. Prominence is placed on the
installation and administration of the products, including
architecture, file system structure,
best-practices/troubleshooting techniques, features and
functionality of the environment. Through a series of lectures
and hands-on exercises, students will leave class with the
skills to successfully implement, administer and maintain a
KnowledgeLake 2007 document imaging solution. **

Training Cancellation Policies
Cancellation by Customer

Customer request for course cancellation or credit of registration fees
toward another course must be submitted in writing to KnowledgeLake
Training Manager via fax (314-898-0501), email at klu@KnowledgeLake.com, mail, or express deliver courier.
- Customer may substitute registered course attendee(s) without charge.
-
Customer request for course cancellation or for a credit of
registration fees toward another course must be received by
KnowledgeLake at least 10 business days prior to scheduled commencement
date in order for customer to receive a full refund/credit of
registration fees paid.
- Request for
cancellation or credit received by KnowledgeLake more than 5 but fewer
than 10 business days prior to scheduled commencement date shall
entitle customer to receive 50% of registration fees paid in the form
of refund or credit.
- Course title or date change request shall be subject to a $200 processing fee.

No refund or credit will be available for cancellation/ substitution
request received by KnowledgeLake fewer than 5 days prior to scheduled
commencement date.
- If a company or
individual does not attend a class and does not give notice in writing
(e-mail or fax), the company or individual will be assessed a 100% "no
show" fee.
Cancellation by KnowledgeLake

KnowledgeLake reserves the right to cancel any training course due to
insufficient enrollment by providing notice to customer at least 10
business days prior to scheduled commencement date.

In the event of cancellation by KnowledgeLake, customer may elect to
receive a full refund of registration fees paid or credit toward
alternative course(s).
- KnowledgeLake will not be responsible for non-refundable tickets purchased or reservations made by customer.
