New demonstration features a number of the new indexing features offered with SharePoint 2010.
Features demonstrated include:
- Point and shoot OCR
- Managed metadata using Term Store with multi-level drill down metadata index fields for managing predefined structured keywords
- Enterprise Keywords – using Master List of keywords for keyword lookup, text suggestions and therefore faster index population
