Partner Program

KnowledgeLake is the market leader in document imaging and capture for Microsoft SharePoint-based Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.  Our success is dependent upon partnering with quality organizations capable of architecting, selling and implementing today’s platform-based ECM systems.  Whether your organization is just “dabbling” in the information worker space or a high-end ECM VAR, our desire is to provide a partner program capable of addressing your needs.

As a KnowledgeLake Alliance Partner, you will leverage your sales effort by providing your customers with a rich suite of document capture products.  The KnowledgeLake Partner program is designed to accommodate both “reselling” partners as well as “services” partners.  Microsoft Systems Integration partners (SI, NSI, GSI) organizations are welcome to register with KnowledgeLake as Alliance Partners but are not required to resell KnowledgeLake products or take first line support calls.

KnowledgeLake products are architected to provide an out-of-the-box solution that can be customized to meet your customer’s requirements.  We strive to provide our partners with the highest quality document capture and imaging products backed by the best support in the industry.

Partner Benefits
Once you register, pay the Alliance Partner Program registration fee, and attend KnowledgeLake certified training, you will receive:

Software Support for Reselling Partners
KnowledgeLake accepts all customer support calls.  However, we ask that customers contact their authorized KnowledgeLake Alliance Partner as the first line of support. If the partner is unable to assist the customer and requires further assistance, the partner may contact KnowledgeLake technical support. We strongly believe in the infrastructure of the partner channel and together we can provide end-users with efficient and effective support.  Software maintenance fees reflect 22% of the retail product cost. Please refer to the KnowledgeLake price list for details concerning our software maintenance program.
